Dijon Chicken

    Hands down one of the tastiest marinades I’ve tried so far.  As told by my dad, “This chicken is friggin delicious!”

    Instructions
    1. Add everything but the chicken to a 1 gallon zip-lock bag. Close and shake to mix well.
    2. Add the chicken to the bag and place in the refrigerator. Let marinate for 8 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally.
    3. Heat your barbeque to high heat.
    4. Grill the chicken, 7-10 minutes per side (or longer depending on the power of your barbeque and the thickness of the chicken). Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Discard the marinade and enjoy your delicious chicken!
