    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and cover a cookie sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
    2. Heat the buffalo sauce and butter together in a saucepan until the butter is melted, mix well.
    3. Mix the flour, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
    4. Pat each chicken wing with a paper towel to dry it out. Dip the wings in the buffalo sauce and butter mix to coat them.
    5. (OPTIONAL) Sprinkle each coated wing with some red pepper flakes.
    6. Put each wing on the bowl with the flour and coat well.
    7. Spread the wings out on the parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
    8. Cook for 45 minutes total, flip the wings halfway through.
    9. Once wings are cooked through, put in a bowl with remaining buffalo sauce. Toss to coat.
